CHOCOLATE FLUID REFINERY MACHINE
Chocolate Refinery Machine is specifically designed for finely grinding white chocolate without generating ferrous side product or causing nosie during operation.
A better of grinding procedure increase the consistency and quality of chocolate liquid to produce excellent end product.
Average completion time for successful fine grinding of ingredients loaded is 10 hours, and it varies according to the fineness of chocolate desired. The well ground mixture/mass can be pumped in the mixing bowl for storage.




HEATER TYPE STORAGE TANK
Heater Type Storage Tank
There are two different choices of heater type storage tank can be used as your requirement which both combine with stirrers is used to store and mix the liquid paste such as chocolate paste, cocoa paste and other fats.
A small one heater type storage tank which is designed for small food producing that the tank can be easily set up, moved and cleaned.


CHOCOLATE AUTOMATIC DEPOSITING MACHINE
Chocolate Automatic Depositing equipment is the automatic production line which combines with depositing machine, vibrating machine and cooling transferring machine to produce chocolate efficiently and automatically. The first step of procedure is the moulds can be entered to the depositing machine.
After chocolate has been deposited in the moulds, the bubbles of chocolate can be eliminated and homogenized by vibrating machine. Then the product can be removed and packaged after cooling rapidly while transportation.



PLC AUTOMATIC DEPOSITING MACHINE
PLC automatic depositing machine is a new type of depositing machine which sets up with PLC controller to meet an accurate volume every depositing during the chocolate production procedure.


CRUNCHY CHOCOLATE FORMING MACHINE
New Chocolate & Granular Forming Machine is designed to combine various kind of nut, cakes of crunch, dry fruit with chocolate and mixed them together into a mould to create a product while have chocolate and biscuits eating sense. The mould can be designed as your requirement to bring your consumers more creative and special tastes.


COATING PAN
Is designed for dressing nut, drug and round food with chocolate or sugar. It is made of stainless steel to coat different types and sizes of product productivity.


CHOCOLATE ENROBER
First lining up the candies, biscuits on the conveyor belt at the anterior part of enrober and after they are covered a film with chocolate by means of blowing hot wind to get an even surface. The automatic production process of producing chocolate can also increase the quality and production capacity.
The function of chocolate enrober and cooling conveyor is formed a line for such combination during the chocolate production process which can avoid the influences of external temperature and humidity caused from transportation.
